1. Double-click the My Computer icon on the desktop.

2. Double-click the Dial-Up Networking icon.

3. Double-click the Make New Connection icon.

4. Enter a name for the new configuration in the Type a name for the computer you are dialing field. Confirm that your modem is listed in the Select a modem box. Click Next.

5. Enter the phone number in the Telephone number field. Please refer to the Access Number Page for the appropriate number. Confirm the country in the Country code box. Click Next. Then Click Finish.

6. Locate the icon for the new configuration in the Dial-Up Networking window. Right-click the icon and choose Properties from the shortcut menu.

7. Click the Server Types tab. Confirm that is looks exactly like the one below:

8. Click OK as needed to exit all dialog boxes.

9. Reboot Your Computer.

10. You may now dial via Hanson Information Systems by double clicking the Hanson Information Systems icon in the Dialup Networking Window. When prompted for a username and password, enter your full email address and the same password as before.

If you open your internet connection by starting Internet Explorer, please choose the Hanson Information Systems connection. When prompted for a username and password, enter your username and password.
